Linear Title & Closing, Ltd. was established in 2005. The company has assembled a wide range of corporate knowledge and over 25 years of real estate settlement services experience. The principals and key management group collectively have experience in residential and complex commercial transactions in over 20 states with a strong concentration in RI, NY, NH, MA, CT, LA and MS. The company has established a strong board of directors that bring significant experience in dealing with volume closings, technology, title insurance, clearing complex title request and REITS. Linear Systems
is a web enabled eCommerce solution for land, title, insurance,
and settlement services. The Linear Process is designed to
streamline closings. All closing, insurance and title documents
are generated by Linear Systems. Everyone starting from the
realtor to the closing attorney has access to the system. The
professionals at Linear Title & Closing, Ltd are
responsible for moving the loan from the lender to the closing
table and to ensure that everyone in the process is tasked
through Linear Systems. Expeditive Abstracting The professionals at Linear Title understand that time is of the essence when a loan has been sold to a prospective borrower. Linear Title directly addresses this issue with expeditive abstracting. Our title commitments are delivered to our clients well under the industry average times. Depending upon the venue of the loan, some title commitments can be returned in a matter of hours. Our focus is to give you, the lender, a competitive advantage with fast title commitment turn time so that you conclude your sale in timely fashion. If you have a “rush” order, merely specify “priority service” and our team will make the necessary adjustments to insure that your title commitment is returned as fast as possible. After Hour’s Closings In recent years lenders have been forced to offer unique services in order to insure competitive edge. The concept of after hour’s closings is not new but has become part of the mainstream of title company products. In that regard, Linear Title is prepared to close your borrower’s loan anywhere-anytime. We have a national network of mobile closing notaries equipped with wireless computers, scanners and printers who can be summoned to your borrower’s designated closing location in a moments notice. In this way, you add value, convenience, and competitive edge to your closing package as your borrower can close his/her loan with minimal inconvenience. Quality Control Linear Title & Closing, Ltd. is committed to ensuring that our customers are satisfied with our services and that those services are quality focused. As such we believe it important to engage outside professionals to constantly review our processes and to make recommendations in areas that can improve our business. We are committed to strong growth because expansion allows us to achieve better economies of scale which allows us to pass savings off to the consumer. Our Quality Control plan ensures that we will maintain the same level of quality even as we continue to expand into other markets. Our financial information is reviewed monthly by the Northeastern CPA firm of Batchelor, Frechette, McCrory, Michael & Co. This firm is also responsible for generating financial statements and reconciling every Linear Title & Closing, Ltd. bank account each month. Moreover, the Partners of Batchelor, Frechette, McCrory, Michael & Co., review our financial statements monthly and make recommendations in the areas that can improve our company. The purpose of the review is to prepare ourselves for a year end financial audit and to ensure that our accounting, banking and financial process are in order. Our processes for clearing title, abstracting, performing curative functions, closings and title insurance are reviewed for compliance quarterly by the law firm of Bardorf & Bardorf. This firm has over 30 years experience in residential and commercial real estate closings. Their objective in the quarterly audit is to locate areas that we can improve and to consult Linear Title & Closing in areas of the law and compliance that affect our operations and business itself. Linear & Title & Closing, Ltd. also maintain a pro-active board of directors that have the industry experience necessary to guide the company in areas that will ensure success and constantly monitor quality. LINEAR TITLE MANAGMENT TEAMNick Liuzza; President Mr. Liuzza is co-founder of Linear Title & Closing, Ltd. and serves as the company’s president and chief executive officer. He is an innovator and a driving force behind the company's proprietary Linear Systems. In his current capacity as President of the company, he is responsible for all facets of the company’s business activities, supervising operations, and all activities related to the organization and structure of title solutions sponsored by the company. In 2001, Mr. Liuzza founded New Age Staffing, Inc. a healthcare staffing company based in Nashville, Tennessee. As the company’s chief executive officer, Mr. Liuzza rapidly grew New Age Staffing into a quality focused national provider of Healthcare personnel with multiple offices in Tennessee, Louisiana, Alabama, Colorado, and Rhode Island. The company was sold in 2003 to publicly traded Crdentia (CRDE) where it became the platform of a reverse merger. After the merger, Mr. Liuzza remained as senior vice president of marketing and international operations for Crdentia. In that capacity Mr. Liuzza was responsible for structuring marketing policies as they related to organic growth and the integration of policies from future acquisitions performed by Crdentia. He was also responsible for the recruitment of overseas personnel and managed an overseas staff based in Manila, Philippines. From 1996 to 2001, Mr. Liuzza was instrumental in the development of Acymtech, a software development firm that he co-founded. Additionally, he served as marketing director for AMICUS where Mr. Liuzza was responsible for growth of the company and the start up and development of new offices. Both companies won numerous awards for quality and were named Future Fifty companies in Middle Tennessee for several consecutive years. AMICUS grew to become the largest privately held Legal Staffing firm in the United States. It made the Inc. 500 list at number 99 and was eventually sold to publicly traded Modis (MPS). Mr. Liuzza’s strengths are in the startup and maturation of mid range companies with a view toward developing them into mature profitable businesses with a national foot print. He is a quality focused leader that recruits and partners with talented industry professionals. Mr. Liuzza received bachelors in marketing from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. Rusty Solomon; Managing Director
Rusty Solomon's primary responsibility at Linear Title &
Closing, Ltd. is nationwide operations. Mr. Solomon is also
responsible for shaping the company's vision as it relates to
marketing. In 2006, he is charged with the management of the
Rhode Island processing center which is projected to close loans
in over thirty states in 2006. Mr. Solomon is general adviser to
Linear's Board of Directors on matters pertaining to operations
and marketing.
Theresa M. Giannavola, Esq;
In-House Counsel Mark B. Bardorf, Esq.; General Counsel
Mr. Bardorf is also the founder and President of Wilbur Films Multimedia, Inc. where he developed award wining electronic titles, which won Best CD-ROM of the Year (1993), won CES Best of Show Award and was nominated for two Digital Hollywood Awards. Titles were ranked in the top ten of Baker & Taylor’s Best Sellers List and were named among the top 50 CD-ROMs named by New Media Magazine and among the Top 100 named by PC Magazine. The CD-ROMs were distributed by Macmillan Digital USA, a Simon & Schuster Company. Macmillan Digital USA bought the assets of the Company in 1997. Also, in this vein Mr. Bardorf co-produced the independent feature film The Blessing, which premiered at the 1994 Sundance Film Festival and was nominated for an Independent Spirit Award for Best Screen Play. Mr. Bardorf is heavily involved in the company’s vision and direction and is a driving a force behind Linear Systems®. Kristen P. Arsenault, Esq; In House Counsel Kristen P. Arsenault had joined Linear Title & Closing, Ltd. in April 2006 as Title Counsel and was charged with the day-to-day operation with insurance underwriters, state licensing, reviewing title, title compliance and the implementation of title policies for Linear Title & Closing, Ltd. She has since moved to Southern Florida to continue her work for Linear Title & Closing. In her current role, she is responsible for opening a new south Florida operations office and directing on-going operational issues, as well as identifying and implementing innovative ways to streamline complicated business models involving challenging issues in fast paced business environments. Kristen P. Arsenault is a graduate of the Northeastern University where she received her Bachelors of Science. She received her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University. Kristen was born and educated in New England and currently resides in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida with her husband and children.
